I have re-opened the "web project framework" project. Also its name changed to Akuma. (Akuma is a video game character at Street Fighter.)

When it ready to publish, it will be here to download. 

This version of framework has;

- developing on .net framework 3.5 and visual studio 2008

- using LINQ and LINQtoSQL tools for the data access layer.(This is cool for the developement) 

- includes securty keys. This allows to developers build the application more secure with user defines security rules. 

- includes  custom web controls with special properties.
